Youth Representative - Summer 2013
Our overseas Youth Representatives are outgoing, entertaining, bursting with enthusiasm and have plenty of stamina. Working hard day and night and living on adrenaline they are a hit with our liveliest customers in the business.
What You'll Be Doing
You will make our customers feel special through the delivery of exceptional customer service and the promotion of company excursions and products that will add value to the customer's holiday experience.
With the ability to think on your feet and a fun, yet responsible attitude, you will be a natural leader who can be both tactful and diplomatic, but most of all be the customer's best mate whilst they are on holiday.
You will investigate and implement new and creative ideas in order to generate income and improve service, leading the way in the youth market.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable customer service experience working with a diverse range of customer profiles.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive manner.
- Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to adapt to any situation
- Confident communicator on an individual and group basis.
- Experience of working to target based sales
- Confident and outgoing personality with ability to entertain large groups (without alcohol)
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Previous entertainment experience desirable
- Holder of a British/EU passport UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number
- Resident in the UK/Ireland for a minimum of the last two years
- Educated to a minimum standard GCSE or equivalent in Maths
- Aged over 18 years due to critical business reasons whilst working overseas eg. local law requirements
