Requirements
British/European passport
UK bank account
Previous experience of general maintenance to include electrics, plumbing and carpentry
Clean driving license for at least 2 years
Experience driving abroad an would be advantage
Self motivated, ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Your role is to effectively and efficiently repair/fix or find suitable solutions in a set time frame for property maintenance issues so there is minimum impact on customers enjoyment of their holiday.
You will assist with the maintenance of an area or cluster of hotels/chalets to include the swimming pool, boiler room, customer and staff rooms and public areas.
Accurate, timely completion of paperwork and admin.
At times you may be required to be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
You may also have some driving duties including airport transfers, moving staff/customers and equipment between resort and recycling runs.

Managerial 1.To ensure the safe custody and administration of drugs in accordance with established policies, procedures and law. 2.To maintain effective communication with other wards and departments to enhance patient care. 3.To be aware of the implications of the Health and Safety at Work Act, as it affects the ward. 4.To be aware of the fire regulations, fire procedures and evacuation protocols. 5.To be aware of the current cost of medical supplies and equipment and practise economy in their use, where possible. 6.To document patient care using the care planning system in place, based on the Roper, Logan and Tierney Model of Nursing or, where relevant, Integrated Care Pathways. 7.To report if the standard of cleanliness and availability of supplies fall below an acceptable standard. 8.To participate in the implementation of nursing policies. 9.To ensure the regular checking and maintenance of equipment and ensure its safe use, reporting any faults immediately. Ensure colleagues know how to operate apparatus correctly. 10.To give concise relevant verbal and documented reports as required. Education 1.To assist with maintaining a suitable learning environment for all staff, to include relevant preceptorship/mentorship and to be actively involved with in-house training. 2.To assist with the orientation of new staff. 3.To be aware of changes in policies and procedures. 4.To regularly attend ward meetings. 5.To remain personally up to date with matters relating to nursing practise and ensure own professional development. Bank Staff Nurses/ Senior Staff Nurses - Nottinghamshire A full time contract is 37.5 hours per week (applications for part-time working will be considered). We are now looking for nurses to join our nursing bureau (casual working) to support the permanent ward based multi-disciplinary teams in providing direct care for our service users. We would like to hear from both experienced and newly qualified MH/LD nurses that have completed their preceptorship who would like to support an organisation committed to the quality of service user care and that encourages innovation to continually improve our mental health care services. St Andrew's staff and senior staff nurses in the delivery of care plans as part of the clinical team and will support our healthcare assistant's ongoing training and development. Ideally you will have worked in a secure services environment caring for the same or similar service user groups and you will be NMC registered. For a senior position you will need to demonstrate previous experience of resource planning, participation in setting standards of service user care and have a minimum of 6 months post qualification experience. All successful candidates will demonstrate sound professional practice and flexibility in their approach to nursing, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills and will exhibit attitudes and behaviours reflective of St Andrew's vision and values. Rate of pay will depend on experience. Successful candidates must be able to attend one full week's induction before undertaking any duties on the wards, and at least one further full week of training within their first few months of joining the St Andrew's Healthcare nursing bureau.
