Previous experience of general maintenance to include electrics, plumbing and carpentry
Clean driving license for at least 2 years
Experience driving abroad an would be advantage
Self motivated, ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
 
Responsibilities
 
Your role is to effectively and efficiently repair/fix or find suitable solutions in a set time frame for property maintenance issues so there is minimum impact on customers enjoyment of their holiday.
 
You will assist with the maintenance of an area or cluster of hotels/chalets to include the swimming pool, boiler room, customer and staff rooms and public areas.
 
Accurate, timely completion of paperwork and admin.
 
At times you may be required to be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
 
You may also have some driving duties including airport transfers, moving staff/customers and equipment between resort and recycling runs.

St Andrew's staff and senior staff nurses in the delivery of care plans as part of the clinical team and will support our healthcare assistant's ongoing training and development. Ideally you will have worked in a secure services environment caring for the same or similar service user groups and you will be NMC registered. For a senior position you will need to demonstrate previous experience of resource planning, participation in setting standards of service user care and have a minimum of 6 months post qualification experience. All successful candidates will demonstrate sound professional practice and flexibility in their approach to nursing, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills and will exhibit attitudes and behaviours reflective of St Andrew's vision and values. Rate of pay will depend on experience. Successful candidates must be able to attend one full week's induction before undertaking any duties on the wards, and at least one further full week of training within their first few months of joining the St Andrew's Healthcare nursing bureau.
