Job Title: COMMERCIAL CATERING ENGINEER - 2 POSITIONS
Location: 2 Positions Mobile to cover South, South West and North London
Salary: £32000 - £35000 per Annum
Hours: 40 Hours per week 0800 – 1700hrs, 1 hour Lunch.

Job Description:

• To implement and carry out on a day to day basis Catering PPM and reactive breakdowns tasks as required.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and on time and fed back to the help-desk.
• Ensure risk assessments and method statements are obtained for each task.
• Ensure all permits and safe systems of work are obtained and complied with.
• Ensure that all works undertaken are compliant in line with legislation and the industry standards.
• Be flexible and work overtime on occasions when required.
• Take part in call out rota - MANDATORY
• Undertake tasks as required by line manager
• Liaise with the client as required.
• Carry out when required site stock take.
• Comply with all client policies, site rules and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH.
• Attend required Training Courses and Departmental Meetings as requested.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by line manager in order to meet the operational requirements of the business.
• To deliver a consistent level of service
• Adhere to Client Vehicle Policy – Vehicles fitted with Tracker device

You must have the following qualifications:

• Good health and safety knowledge and experience.
• Proven background in Catering Industry
• Comcat 1 and 3 required Comcat 5 desirable.
• IT Literacy
• Experienced in working with Electronic recording onto CAFM systems - PDA, Tablet etc.
• BS7671 17h edition IEE wiring regulations desirable
• CRB Checked (or willing to be)

Travel time is paid on all travel over one hour at each end of the day.
Uniform to be worn at all times and all PPE equipment issued to be worn as required / directed
