What You'll Be Doing

- Monitors the performance of service providers through the contracts, SLA’s and on time initiatives. Feeding back to the appropriate business areas regularly
- To ensure all non-directorate departments receive feedback and provide the relevant responses to the agreed timescales
- Supporting the Regional Managers in Cabin Service Delivery, feeding back current issues and trends, and supporting developmental Cabin Crew project work when required
- To collate and record all performance data for the inflight operations and cleaning service providers to support the management of the service level agreements by trending the cabin crew flight reports
- To deliver operational communication to the cabin crew, including flight briefs, adhoc requirements, Safety and Crew Notices, ‘have you heard’ and weekly updates. E.g. “Know your stuff”
- To support with representation of Cabin Services in Crisis situations and required operational communications
- To ensure safety, environmental and business risk management systems are embedded within the organisation
- Daily management & communication of commercial changes, supporting the weekly flying programme by identifying any anomalies and additional flights including sub-charters
- To manage the content and functionality of CCB/Livelink/Crew Portal system to support the crew community
- Support the development and communication of crew menu specifications through our Service Partners e.g “Focus on Food”
- To support implementation of Inflight Continuous Improvement processes
- Trials/Special Requests and Incentives – set up, monitor and collate feedback with recommendations following a trial flight or period
- To support the Inflight Product and Continuous Improvement team with projects where directed
- To support the Inflight Retail team with managing the onBos system, including inputting targets, Product information, ullage and detained templates and creating C208’s/Pos sort orders
- To monitor external feedback sights such as Trip Advisor and SkyTrax and feed back to relevant departments. 
- To assist DTI Software and Inflight Commercial Manager with the IFE licencing and AVOD information for longhaul flying

ROLE:
The Housing Management System Database Administrator, & Report Writer will undertake routine system tasks and troubleshoot issues raised by system users. You will also provide the business with accurate and timely reporting data.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) The administration and support of the Housing Management System, to provide a highly available, secure and recoverable environment, and where appropriate carrying out process and data integrity checks.
b) Supply fully reconciled and accurate Reports/Data extracts using principally SQL Server Reporting Services /Access Reporting Services and other reporting solutions.
c) Respond to system issues with the Housing Management System (HMS) in a timely and structured manor.
d) Liaise with suppliers on issues pertaining to routine and ad-hoc maintenance, technical support and development.
e) Seek, understand, and translate business operational process needs into 'improvement specifications' for HMS or new application development.
f) Provide training and guidance in all areas pertaining to the HMS.
g) Supply fully reconciled and accurate Reports/Data extracts using principally SQL Server Reporting Services /Access Reporting Services and other reporting solutions.
h) Develop additional databases/reporting solutions to meet business needs.
i) Author documentation in relation to developments/issues with the HMS.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Holding a degree or equivalent, with experience administering a corporate Database including day to day maintenance, trouble shooting and development.
b) Knowledge of data access, and query tools including, Microsoft Excel (linked to Share point Portal Lists), and Microsoft Access.
c) Advanced skills in the Reporting Services.
d) Competent in the use of Structured Query Language - ability to write SQL statements without using GUI.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
a) Proven years experience working in a Social Housing - Preferably in a Technical Environment.
b) Lengthy experience of database administration of a Housing Management System (Aareon QL, IBS, Orchard) including day to day maintenance, trouble shooting and development.
c) Comprehensive Understanding of Microsoft and associated products/Advanced Access Reports, Advanced Excel Analysis.

As a Yacht Skipper you will manage all aspects of delivery of the Stay and Sail or Flotilla Holidays to ensure that all
our guests have a successful and enjoyable stay.

If you love sailing and have a RYA Yachtmaster qualification with plenty of sailing experience then a Yacht Skipper
position might be the perfect challenging and rewarding role for you. You will be working as part of a team to teach
sailing to guests of all ages and abilities following the RYA syllabus. You will be responsible for briefing the guests
with all information to optimize their holiday experience, manage the housekeeping and maintenance of the flotilla yachts
and ensure a high standard of safety is maintained for both staff and guests.

As a Yacht Skipper you will be also required to maintain effective communication and good working relationships with the
Yacht Manager, UK staff and local suppliers. Assist with training of staff and identify opportunities for coaching and
developing the lead crew. You will also manage the spending and accounts to agreed budgets.

You will need to have a can do attitude with a hand's on approach to your work as you may be required to assist in other
duties within the flotilla programme. As a Yacht Skipper you will need to be an excellent communicator, be highly self
motivated and able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to be an excellent team player but with the ability
to work independently.

If you wish to apply for this role please consider that you will be required to work long and unsociable hours in a hot
climate.

To be considered for this role you will need to have a RYA Yachtmaster qualification, be first aid qualified and educated
to GCSE standard. You will need previous customer service experience, experience of skippering yachts and work experience
in a leadership role.

The overseas package includes flights, accommodation (including all associated bills), insurance, visa were applicable,

About the role

Your main duties will centre around the yachts, base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to operational requirements.
At the beginning of the season you will be required to carry out the fleet refit where you will prepare the yachts for the season, which will include painting, cleaning and repairs.

Maintenance of outboards for tenders
Emergency call outs for breakdowns on any of the fleet

About The Role
Providing professional Instruction to all levels whilst ensuring a safe sailing environment. All employees work as a team to offer a high level of customer service at all times.
 
Your main duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements.
In this fulfilling and exciting role you will be required to be responsible for and undertake the following duties:
Deliver RYA courses to the highest standard complying with the RYA regulations
Deliver Company specific courses as per standards, polices and procedures
Liaise with Chief Yacht master Instructor any maintenance requirements or damage
Be responsible for the over all cleaning and set up of the yachts
Ensure correct paperwork is completed as per local laws and regulations
Run effective rescue boat cover
Running of weekly Yacht Races and mini-flotillas
When on duty maintain a lookout over the whole sailing area
Provide excellent customer service at all time
Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport
Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager
You will be required to be flexible in your job role and may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs.
