As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that the residential aspects of our guests' visit gives them the best experience possible, with the cleanliness and appearance of our residential centres crucial to make a lasting impression.

As well as amazing activities and fantastic food, our guests have come to expect market-leading accommodation at our centres.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll lead a team of Housekeeping Assistants, motivating, providing appropriate resources and organising the daily routine in order to provide the highest standard of housekeeping.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Exceeding and maintaining housekeeping and cleaning standards
• Organising staff to achieve and optimise effectiveness
• Ensuring that all defects are reported to appropriate departments
• Maintaining linen and hardware inventories to an effective stock control level
• Adhering to all Health and Safety requirements including COSHH
• Ensuring all staff are trained to Health and Safety standards and company requirements
• Managing staff and schedules through excellent communication
• Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver the highest level of service and customer experience
• Administrative duties

The position is part time, 21 hours a week at our Windmill Hill Centre, East Sussex, BN27 4RZ.

Applicants must be able to work Mondays and Fridays and at least one day on the weekends.
