Role Purpose To maximise the profit contribution for WCE (Globally), through the development of a compelling, high margin and well-orchestrated international expedition product portfolio. What You'll Be Doing Key Objectives To drive improvements at GP1 level across all markets. Through full visibility of costs and coordinating ‘best fit’ travel options, this person will be able to work with each market to define product portfolios and assess component costs, establish pricing methodologies and maximise yields. To establish a network of key market contacts across product, flights, in-country and sales to develop protocols and controls. Design a suite of KPI reports in order to manage yield thus presenting ‘real time’ margin visibility. WCE is a global business with sales led operations based in 5 continents. Through product consolidation, consistent and aggressive cost management it will be possible to improve efficiency thus improve margins whilst better serving the specific needs of each customer across a wide ranging markets. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities This person will need to balance the demands of a broad range of external and internal customers through the coordination of internal product, operations and aviation teams to deliver outstanding, value for money expeditions. Hence S/He will need to: Product Portfolio Management - Following a full review of product across target markets refine the portfolio to focus on long term profitable growth whilst seeking synergies in order to focus the range of available product - Lead the market through the development of innovative and high quality products in order to anticipate the emerging needs of each market - Lead the on-going development and delivery of Expedition quotes across the UK/EUR/ME/SE ASIA ensuring all advertised facilities and services are delivered on time, within budget and to fulfil customer expectations. Margin & Yield management - Review all expedition direct component cost items (flights, In county, leaders) to maintain real time margin visibility by team and establish margin protection protocols - Directly oversee the flight component costs of all expeditions in association with the Flight Team (UK & Aus) - Once identified, ensure that capacity is maximised on high yielding expeditions Expedition Pricing - Take the lead on pricing discussions and margin management - Establish pricing calculators for each market and work with each head of sales to ensure accuracy and longevity of quotes Programme / Product Development - Using relevant customer insight and business knowledge, work alongside the Head of Plans to scope out initiatives for the development of new expedition product concepts - Be a champion of customer Insight and a key link to marketing and product teams, ensuring our products are promoted as effectively as possible and meet the needs of the in country sales teams. About The Role
Providing professional Instruction to all levels whilst ensuring a safe sailing environment. All employees work as a team to offer a high level of customer service at all times.
 
Your main duties will centre around the yachts, the base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to cover operational requirements.
In this fulfilling and exciting role you will be required to be responsible for and undertake the following duties:
Deliver RYA courses to the highest standard complying with the RYA regulations
Deliver Company specific courses as per standards, polices and procedures
Liaise with Chief Yacht master Instructor any maintenance requirements or damage
Be responsible for the over all cleaning and set up of the yachts
Ensure correct paperwork is completed as per local laws and regulations
Run effective rescue boat cover
Running of weekly Yacht Races and mini-flotillas
When on duty maintain a lookout over the whole sailing area
Provide excellent customer service at all time
Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport
Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager
You will be required to be flexible in your job role and may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs.

About the role
- To assist in providing all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar snacks)

- To undertake a daily kitchen-cleaning schedule and to assist in washing up as required.

Main Duties


Care, maintenance and cleaning of pool, and surrounding areas.
Care, maintenance and cleaning of all other sports equipment.
Lifeguarding (if qualified) whilst the pool is in use, to ensure the safety of all clients. · Ensure safety notices are displayed and adhered to.
Organising, implementing and supervision of sports tournaments and outdoor activities
Organising and implementing an indoor entertainment programme to include quiz evening, disco and Karaoke with your fellow sports and activities rep/GA’s. · To assist with housekeeping duties if required.
To assist with Bar duties if required · To plan for current and future development of the grounds with regard to sporting activities.
Play an active role in the maintenance of the Tennis court, Full size Grade A Football/Rugby pitch, Activities area, Archery and help referee of coach sessions.
Any other duties as directed by the Chateau Manager.

What You'll Be Doing


To assist in the profitable day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring company standards are adhered to. Deputising in the absence of the manager.
Manage smooth operation of restaurant service with an upfront approach.

Carry out an informative and entertaining welcome meeting upon guest’s arrival.
Organisation of the excursion programme ensuring all trips are coordinated effectively with local suppliers.
To provide and participate in a varied daytime and evening entertainment programme for all groups.
To provide information/reports required by the General Manager accurately, efficiently and within the required timescales in order to ensure information is communicated to the appropriate departments.
Help conduct monthly staff appraisals.

Club Med recruits Bartenders (M/F) for our holiday resorts in France or abroad


Your role
• Welcome the clients and offer them a personalised service
• Put forward the bar services
• Prepare and serve various and international drinks
• Versatile: table and bar services

Your profile
• Availability and international mobility from 3 to 8 months
• Diploma in catering or hotel industry and/or professional bartending experience in high volume service
• Knowledge of cocktails and alcohols
• Fluent French compulsory, other foreign languages a plus

Your role

• Welcoming and supervising children from 2 to 4 (Petit Club) or from 4 to 17 years (Mini Club)
• Leading game workshops, telling fairy tales and singing songs, entertaining by leading manual and/or sports activities (adapted to each age category)
• Organising game workshops and a weekly show
• Reassuring children and parents
• Being responsible for children’s hygiene and safety

Your profile

• Fluent French compulsory
• Availability and international mobility from 5 to 8 months or during school holidays
• Working experience in childcare supervision (nursery) mandatory
• CPR & First Aid preferred
