We are passionate about watersports and offer a wide range of water-based activities for all guests, including dinghy sailing and qualifications, waterskiing, windsurfing and kayaking. Our Kid’s Clubs cater for all ages from 4 months to 17 year olds, and our shorebased activities include tennis courts, fitness studio and mountain biking.
Our season starts in April and ends in November. You will need to be available for the full season. However we are happy to accept applications for our reserve list from candidates who will become available during the season.
About the role
· To provide excellent service at the bar, in the restaurant and pool area
· To carry out bar work and waiter/waitress responsibilities
· Serve drinks within the terms of the liquor licence
· Promote special offers and events
· Create an atmosphere, which encourages guests to use the bar to a maximum
· Handling of cash and use of the cash register
· Keeping wastage to a minimum and charging correct prices to achieve budgeted profit levels
· Stocking of the bar from the cellar the cleaning of the bar, terrace.
· To include washing and polishing tables and other surfaces, sweeping and mopping of floors
· Carry out accurate stock counts

What You'll Be Doing
- Re-booking existing schools/groups on future Activity Trips
- Up dating Travelink and Maximizer (our reservation and CRM system)
- Dealing with all client file administration and telephone queries on confirmation
- Checking special costings to make sure they match up with booking details
- Preparing detailed travel itineraries, group information and requirements
- Developing strong rapports with Operational staff and centre owners
- Liaising with and advising Sales, Operations, Accounts and Quality Services on any changes, additions or relevant information regarding groups travelling.

Responsibilities
Your role is to effectively and efficiently repair/fix or find suitable solutions in a set time frame for property maintenance issues so there is minimum impact on customers enjoyment of their holiday.
You will assist with the maintenance of an area or cluster of hotels/chalets to include the swimming pool, boiler room, customer and staff rooms and public areas.
Accurate, timely completion of paperwork and admin.
At times you may be required to be on call 24/7 in case of emergencies.
You may also have some driving duties including airport transfers, moving staff/customers and equipment between resort and recycling runs.

Training
You’ll join the PGL apprenticeship scheme for and an industry-leading package of training, support and qualifications and full training in all PGL’s admin systems will be given. There are no age restrictions on our apprenticeship programme.

Overview of roleHotel Saint Louis is our flagship hotel located in an enviable location just off the world famous Bellecote piste in Courchevel 1850. The head chef role in Hotel Saint Louis is pivotal to the successful delivery of our product in this new property.
As the person with overall responsibility for the catering in the restaurant, bar and terrace, you will deliver a first rate level of food to our discerning clients and establish the hotel as an exciting culinary destination in Courchevel 1850.
You will be responsible for creating a menu that consistently excites and delights our clients whilst remaining on budget. We aim to give the clients excellent food, locally sourced where possible that is presented with flair and imagination. We do not provide set menu plans for our chefs, preferring to give you the freedom to do what you do best – creating a menu for discerning clients that they will love and that you are excited about preparing.
The main focus of this role is on the quality and presentation of each service. You will also be responsible for health and safety standards in all food preparation areas. The kitchen team from the second chef through to the kitchen porters will form your team and they are your responsibility.

· A minimum of four years relevant head chef experience within a professional kitchen environment.

Travel Accounting Specialist
Reporting directly to the Travel Accounting Assistant Manager, the Travel Accounting Specialist is part of a team responsible for processing of 100-150 statements and approximately 350,000-450,000 bookings at a value of £300m-£500m per month. With the team receiving approximately 5,000-10,000 queries per month, the role is also required to investigate and resolve these queries in a professional and timely fashion. Finally, the Travel Accounting Specialist is also responsible for providing an efficient and effective bookings process, and for supporting and coaching the Travel Accounting Associates in their work to develop and enhance skills within the team.
The Travel Accounting Specialist is expected to build a positive working relationship with all key stakeholders and deliver a best-in-class service.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ensure supplier statements are processed in a timely manner and are paid in accordance to contractual terms
- Ensure MTO and Falcon worked statements are reviewed and final reconciliations are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure the timely and accurate payment of all 3rd party suppliers
- Resolve all debit balances on RBS in accordance with guidelines
- Liaise with Retail for all under/over collected bookings
- Resolve queries and issues raised by internal and external parties
- Resolve the escalation of queries from supplier shops
- Resolve the escalation of queries from the offshore partner
- Strive to improve automatch rates by identifying issues and recommending solutions
- Ensure RBS interfaces and job requests are cleared on a daily basis
- Assist the Travel Accounting Assistant Manager with activities to provide cover, including managing the relationships with 3rd party suppliers, and ensuring Oracle AP is accounted for correctly
- Support and coach the Travel Accounting Associates to ensure work is performed to a high standard and that skills are developed and enhanced
- Support and implement continuous improvement opportunities (both system and procedural)
- Ensure all internal controls are fully adhered to and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure records are maintained and archived to satisfy audit and statutory requirements
- Undertake other adhoc activities as deemed necessary

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working in a Payables role
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Good organisational skills – able to work to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills including persuasiveness and/or assertiveness skills
- Good influencing skills
- Competent user of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Experience of, and competence in, using integrated ERP software an advantage
- Experience of working with an offshore partner an advantage
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre an advantage
