Multi-Activity Day Camps - part of the Super Camps Group. Super Camps are running multi activity day camps for children aged 4 – 14 years. As the leading provider in this field, our fun packed camps are located in 80 schools nationwide each offering excellent facilities. With the increasing numbers of 4 and 5 year olds attending our camps our Early Years programme is an integral part of Super Camps. Therefore we have a number of roles available working with our Early Years groups: Early Years Play Instructor and Early Years Manager The Early Years and Play Instructor will work alongside our Early Years Manager in being one of the points of contact for the under 8s on camp. They will lead a variety of arts and sports activities, and on occasion assist with duties that fall in line with the EYFS. Responsibilities of Early Years and Play Instructor - Adhere to processes and procedures whilst the children in your care continually have a positive experience - Plan and deliver a variety of activities with structure and enthusiasm whilst encouraging maximum participation and following Ofsted EYFS guidelines where appropriate - Manage the exchange of all relevant information regarding children in your care to either the Early Years Co-ordinator or Site Manager - Take an active part during the meet and greet at the start and end of the day, assisting the Early Years Co-ordinator in giving feedback to parents/guardians on observations   - Deliver a structured and enjoyable activity period during drop off and pick up time - Additional duties will include registering crews, cleaning and kit maintenance   Requirements of Early Years and Play Instructor: Ideally educated to a minimum of Level 2 in Early Years or studying towards degree level in a relevant subject with experience, skills and attributes as follows: - Previous experience teaching/coaching children under the age of 8 in Sports, Play and Art and Crafts - Enthusiastic and organised with excellent communication skills   - Caring, energetic and outgoing with good use of initiative - Flexible, team player willing to take on various tasks as required The role of the Early Years Manager is to deliver the EYFS on our Multi Activity programme. Working alongside the Site Manager you will be the primary contact for parents and the younger children during their time at Super Camps. Responsibilities of Early Years Manager: In addition to the responsibilities of an Early Years Play Instructor, Early Years Managers acting as the key person for all Early Years activity on camp will also be responsible for: - Setting up a Base Room/Area that is suitable and inviting to hold your sessions throughout the weeks - Creating a timetable with the planners provided and your own initiative, alongside the Site Manager - Manage the Early Years sign in/sign out area, giving feedback to parents/guardians on observations made from the day Requirements of Early Years Manager: In addition to the requirements of an Early Years Play Instructor, Early Years Managers must be educated to degree level or at a minimum Level 3 in Early Years with previous experience ideally within a supervisory role Due to Super Camps being on the Early Years Register successful Early Years Manager applicants will be required to perform certain checks to ensure they are suitable to work with this age group on camp. Early Years Managers will need to: - Provide details of 2 professional references who have known the candidate for a minimum of 12 months - Answer Suitable Person Questions to be emailed to the candidate testing knowledge of safe practices and procedures - Sign a Health Declaration form to confirm they are in good health to work with children - Obtain a Super Camps CRB at no cost to the candidate You will be guided and supported by Head Office through this procedure. Selection and Appointment Process: If your online application form is short listed you will be contacted by the Super Camps HR team who will speak to you further about your experiences. If selected, you will be required to complete an online test based on our online training programme. Following this you will be required to attend an unpaid Central Training and Assessment Day based at various locations. Finally before you start work you will need to attend a paid Site Specific Training and Set Up Day located at school at which you will be working. Pay: £251.15 - £311.85 per week for Early Years Play Instructors £300 - £350 per week for Early Years Managers Pay scale dependant on qualifications and experience. Hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Monday – Friday) with a half hour unpaid lunch break Temporary Contract: School holidays. Part seasons considered On appointment all staff will be expected to complete a CRB disclosure and supply us with references In Addition… All sites require a Paediatric First Aid trained person to act as the Key First Aider on camp. The qualified individual appointed to take on this responsibility on top of one of our Instructor roles will be paid an additional £25 per week. If you hold a 12hr Paediatric First Aid qualification please express this on your application form and verify the expiry date. Successful applicants may be approached by Super Camps to partake in our First Aid Incentive Scheme: If agreed with the Super Camps HR Team, employees signing up to a 12hr Paediatric First Aid course will receive £50 upfront upon completion of the course and a further £50 upon completion of contract. About You

- Previous seasons as Senior Instructor
- Previously managed a team of 15 staff or more for 2 years
- Computer literate, in all MS Office Applications, must be able to use MS Excel
- Extensive knowledge and ability to sailing and maintain various boats windsurf kit.

About the role
As an Activities Assistant you will be assisting in running the Kid's Club and evening care programme. Providing care, safety and entertainment for children ranging from 5 -1 7 years. Work as a team to offer a high level of customer service at all times. In this exciting and fulfilling role you will be responsible for: 
Ensuring the safety of all children involved in kids club activities Responsible for headcounts and continuous supervision of children throughout the day including meal times. Carry out beach duties when not running kids activities, including rigging and de-rigging of boats and launch and recovery of all boats. Assisting Watersports Instructors with the Kids Sailing Scheme. Attend staff meetings and de-briefs daily. Responsible for signing in and out sheets for the group you look after. Work under supervision in the nursery with the 2 to 4 year olds when required. Ensure that the Kid’s Club areas are left clean and tidy Follow all Kid’s Club Operating standards when carrying out duties Provide supervision during Video Club and evening entertainment for children. Carryout baby-sitting and evening care duties. Contribute fully to the overall running of the club, by involvement with quizzes, weekly prize giving and joining guests for evening half-board meals. Provide excellent customer service at all times Carry out transfer day duties, such as representing the company at the airport Carry out other duties within your ability as requested by your line manager. You will be required to be flexible in your job role and may be required to move between different resorts or departments according to operational needs.

Schools Advisors play a key role in future growth and the individual will be responsible for a specific region of the UK and will be expected to generate new business through direct sales and building new business avenues. What You'll Be Doing To actively sell and recommend with confidence all JCA centers to schools and groups within a targeted environment. Working within a specialist team, part of a small modern call centre, team members are managing all customer enquiries for new and repeat bookings and proactively managing sales leads from customers and business via E-sale methods generated from the website to achieve targets and KPI’s. The role will include: - Selling a wide range of activity holidays to schools and groups specifically concentrating on new business, achieving a minimum outbound call target of 60 calls per day. - Handling all aspects of a booking to provide a seamless, personalised service. - Establish client contacts over the telephone, via email with a view to converting enquiries to sales and initiate follow up procedures within guidelines of the sales process inline with KPI’s. - Using and updating the database to maintain and increase business within your specified area. - Answer queries from clients concerning any aspect of our products prior to booking where necessary. - Follow up all enquiries on a daily basis. - Proactive sales approach to generate bookings. - Complete sales and update reservations system with all data required. - Inform clients of all relevant information prior to booking. - Agree all costings with the client at time of booking. - Achieve & exceed all Key Performance Indicators as communicated by the Sales Manager inline with business objectives. - Manage and achieve the service levels required in accordance with the sales process. - Establish repeat business to aid your personal achievements within the team. - The ability to deliver the very best in sales and customer service. What We're Looking For - Previous experience working within a target based sales environment - The ability and confidence to make a targeted number of daily ‘cold’ calls - Demonstrate the ability to sell products over the phone directly to party leaders from both inbound and outbound calls - The desire to achieve and exceed –self motivator.    - Excellent administrational and communication skills – both written and oral. - A pleasant telephone manner. - Ability to work to and achieve targets. - Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team in a business critical highly pressurised environment. - Outgoing, lively personality with enthusiasm to succeed. - Knowledge of Microsoft packages. - Ability to work additional hours when required. Hours of Work The Sales Office is open between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. This role is full time, however flexibility around school term times/hours is available for the right candidate. The Catering Assistant position is the perfect way to initiate your career in the catering industry. JCA will offer you a unique experience enabling you to develop your cookery skills while you gain an NVQ. The purpose of this role is to assist the Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, maintaining high levels of hygiene, safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
 
What You'll Be Doing
 
- To assist in providing all meals in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure high standards of preparation, presentation and quality of food.
- To take food samples of all high risk food in accordance with HACCP regulations and maintain records.
- Serving food from our canteen bays
- To undertake a daily kitchen-cleaning schedule and to assist in washing up as required.
- To ensure high levels of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times, according to local regulations.
- Be aware of stock levels and to assist in compiling orders as required
- To receive deliveries of food ensuring it is checked, stored away correctly and rotated effectively in accordance with HACCP regulations
- To assist in providing special dietary requirements according to the needs of your guests.
- To assist in the provision of a balanced menu for staff daily
