What You'll Be Doing
You will make our younger customers feel special by ensuring that they have a fun and memorable holiday experience, delivering a varied and stimulating activity programme, which is creative, innovative and in a safe environment.
You will tailor the delivery of activities to the individuals attending each session, by building a rapport with the whole family, ensuring that the needs of every child and family are met and that the childcare offering adds value to the holiday experience.
You will share your knowledge with customers promoting products and services at welcome meetings. Additional duties may include providing information on airport transfers and excursions as required.
What We're Looking For
Excellent interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic manner and ability to communicate well with children.
Relevant experience working with groups of children.
Childcare Qualifications NVQ Level 2 or equivalent essential.
Childcare Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent essential for working with crèche age group.
Ability to thrive in a team environment.
Resilient and flexible approach with the ability to respond to customer and company needs.
Holder of a British/EU passport.
UK/Irish bank account, and Tax or National Insurance number.
Resident in the UK/Ireland for a minimum of the last two years.
Aged 18 years or over due to critical business reasons whilst working overseas eg. local law requirements.
Hold a valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate.

Motor & Target Instructor
You will deliver the Quad bike and Archery sessions throughout the day to all age groups. GNAS and/or EASI qualifications are preferred but not essential as full training is given.
You must be responsible and conscientious, as you will be instructing the most hazardous activity we provide. It is essential you are fully aware of all health and safety rules and are always aware of potential risks. Safety of Equipment for these activities is of paramount importance.
Pool Lifeguard
You will hold sole responsibility for the day-to-day running of the pool and must ensure all rules and safety precautions are adhered to during and outside of sessions. You will also be expected to teach our Learn to Swim session as part of our Specialist Holiday Programme.
Specific requirements
• Current NPLQ or RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification
• Current ASA / STA teaching qualification or have experience in organising structured swimming sessions
