An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buyer Services Manager to join them at their Auction Centre in Leeds.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Buyer Services Manager is accountable for both pre and post sale Buyer Services and Engagement, bringing a greater level of focus to all buyer engagement activity to achieve their operational excellence objectives and group business goals.
Actively promoting the branch, its products and its services, you will be responsible for Buyer Engagement, networking and promotion and when necessary, Buyer complaints. You will manage the stock channel between physical and online, be involved in the sale of unsold stock and responsible for the internet catalogue.
With a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, the successful candidate will have previous experience of managing and motivating teams along with the ability to quickly foster relationships. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will have a strong understanding of the Auction / Remarketing process.
Candidates who have previous experience of managing or working within a telesales team are advantageous however this is not essential.

Within the role you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the resale sales team by assisting with the preparation and distribution of mailings of property to interested parties. Working with the Web Editor to ensure a timely and accurate presence on-line for each property, you will monitor resale presence on property portals and maintain supplies and distribute the stock of resale marketing material.
As a Resale Administrator, it will also be your responsibility to provide administrative support to a team of negotiators, prepare property details, research and record information relating to service charges and maintain an accurate record of key dates for a number of developments; updating the internal sales progressing system and maintaining filing systems to support the work undertaken by the resale team.
In addition, you will produce and publish news on the Company intranet, answer customer enquiries, arrange and attend meetings, take and type minutes and carry out other adhoc admin duties as needed.
Educated to GCSE level or equivalent to include English and Mathematics, you will also have excellent computer skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Good administration and office skills are essential, as is the ability to work within a team in an up-beat and busy environment. With a high standard of attention to detail and good organisational skills, you should have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and be able to prioritise your workload.
Any typing, secretarial or administration qualification and experience in the use of computerised databases would be advantageous.

HMP Onley is a category C prison, with a current maximum capacity of 720 males over 21 years of age. Teaching experience in functional skills and up-to-date knowledge of the literacy and numeracy adult core curriculum
Evidence of providing high quality effective programmes whilst working to challenging targets which lead to outstanding success.
Be able to teach creatively, incorporating the use of ICLT where available and adapting to the individual needs of a variety of students and be willing to explore new teaching and learning strategies

Lead Teacher
As a Teacher, you will deliver teaching sessions to young people the majority of whom will have either learning or behavioural difficulties or both. Within the role you will plan and prepare schemes of work, planning and preparing individual lessons within the schemes of work and endeavouring to integrate sufficient differentiation within tasks and subject matter that all children will be engaged by the lesson.
Candidates for this role should hold QTS and have experience in teaching at Key Stage 3 and 4, working with young people with complex needs and EBD. With good teaching skills and the ability to match your approach to the needs of the pupils, you will have experience of planning schemes of work and lesson plans within the National Curriculum framework and the ability to form effective relationships with children and act as a positive role model. This role will be particularly suited to candidates who have primary school experience with the ability to teach across the curriculum; a specialism within the core subjects would be advantageous.
Teaching Assistant
As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist teachers when requested with the planning and preparation of schemes of work within the general curriculum guidance; including the provision of individual support to young people within an educational setting and assisting teaching staff with the delivery of lessons.
Candidates for this role will ideally have experience in assisting young people with basic literacy and numeracy skills as well as PHSE. An ability to participate in physical education sessions and previous experience of working within an SEBD environment would also be advantageous.

Working with Young People and Young Adults age 16-25, you will support them in semi-independent living which can be dedicated small projects that have ongoing staff support, or providing outreach to young people in their own accommodation. Supervising and supporting contact between children and their families, you will undertake support work to the families in their own homes, take young people on activities and provide school support.
Able to work flexibly to meet the needs of young people, the service and the organisation, the successful candidate will have the ability to undertake domestic duties and support young people with cooking, shopping, cleaning and personal care. You will have the ability to communicate sensitively with different people, forming effective relationships with children and acting as a positive role model.
Candidates who are working towards or who have completed NVQ 3 Caring for Children & Young People are desirable as is experience of working with young people or families.
Candidates must have access to a car with insurance for business use and be flexible to work unsociable hours including weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

The apprentice development programme will give you the opportunity to work alongside a Process Control Technician, learning the requirements of the job and at the same time working towards an appropriate academic qualification.

You will need to demonstrate your enthusiasm for science, that you are someone who takes pride in their work, and why you see this as an excellent career opportunity.
We would like to hear from you if you have/expect to obtain ‘A’ Level Chemistry at grade C or above as well as a GCSE grade C or above in English. We will be looking for candidates with practical and technical aptitude. Equally importantly we will be looking for people whose attitudes and behaviours are in line with our Values.
