JOB PURPOSE:
To engage with targeted key employers and channel partners to win and deliver skills and employability solutions that achieve job placements and sustainable job outcomes for their clients.
The creation and deployment of an area and or national sales plan that will drive all sales activity to include
• Agreed levels of sales and networking activity
• Prioritised target key employers by geography, size and market sector

• A forward opportunity pipeline sufficient to deliver plan
• Core client proposition and any regional variation or development

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Pipeline Development and Management
• Forward pipeline to contain a minimum of 75 secured vacancies per month by decision date from employer or channel partner campaigns.
• To achieve a minimum 33% vacancy to job start conversion rate per month and cumulatively per quarter.
• Job Trials and Placements
• To be agreed with Territory Sales Manager
• Sustainable Job Starts
• To deliver a minimum of 20 sustainable job starts per month.
• Job Outcomes
• To deliver a minimum 85% job start to job outcome conversion rate.
• Job Sustainment Rate
• To deliver a minimum 85% job sustainment rate
• Sales Reporting
• Weekly and monthly sales report completed accurately and to time for all measures.
• Operational Liaison
• Weekly operational liaison meetings completed and outcomes, actions and campaign reviews shared with “Territory Sales Manager” for formal review at monthly individual performance review.
• Tactical Marketing and Networking
• Tactical marketing and networking plan agreed with “Territory Sales Manager” with measurable actions and opportunity creation metrics for review at monthly individual performance review.
• Market Scanning
• Market intelligence to be gathered and shared monthly for opportunity action planning.
