Vacancy: Nurses - private sector Sector: Rehabilitation Unit Location: Bury, Lancashire Hours: Full time, permanent Salary: �25,837 Client Information: Our client specialises in and offers the highest quality of long-term care and rehabilitation to people with a neuro developmental disorder or acquired brain injury. Set within fabulous and attractive grounds the service is based out of the city centre but is accessible by public transport and also offers free onsite parking. Role: A dedicated team is responsible for developing an individual treatment plan that is tailored to suit the specific requirements of the patients in order to help them to regain their maximum physical, emotional and social capabilities in an environment that offers individual care and positive outcomes. Some patients do require more complex care and may require PEG feeds, tracheostomy care etc. It is not essential that you have previous experience in this area of nursing as full training will be provided, however a genuine and keen interest in this area of nursing is essential. You will work closely with patients, their family and also a multi disciplinary team and will review patients care plans with MDT on a regular basis. Each unit will have a Unit Manager, Senior Nurse, Nurses and Support workers. You may be required on occasions to take charge of the shifts and manage more junior members of the team.
