We are a successful national retail brand and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a full time Head of Ecommerce to join our Head Office based in Leeds.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

E-Commerce
* Development and Implementation of Multi Channel Strategy.
* Own, Manage and Deliver the Multi Channel Budget and 3 year plan, ensuring a profitable business with massive growth.
* Oversee and manage the day to day operations of all e-commerce activity, including all transactional websites.
* Management of other multi-channel activity and strategy such as despatch from store, collect from store and reserve and collect.
* Own and deliver of programme plan for all new multi channel projects, prioritising the work and resources to enable delivery of multi channel strategy, whilst managing this within the agreed budget.
* Development of the websites technology and functionality to become a market leading footwear destination.

Marketing & PR
* Responsibility for all multi channel marketing activity both online and within customer services.
* Provide direction for creative marketing techniques both within retail and e-commerce.
* Overall responsibility to oversee and manage all online marketing channels including: SEO/Onsite Marketing/ PPC/ Affiliates/ Email Marketing/ Marketplaces/ Social Media.
* Forecasting of marketing revenue generated from each individual marketing channel.
* 3 year plan and business plan for marketing dept.
* Management of 3rd parties' agencies engaged with providing a service to the marketing department.

Customer Services
* Oversee the day to day management of the customer services operations including handling emails, calls and queries from both online and store customers.
* Responsibility for Customer contact at all levels of the chain, ensuring 'above excellent' customer service, and delighting our customers.
Management
* Manage team of e-commerce, web development, online designers, photography and customer service professionals, providing training and personal development within their roles and ensuring suitable cover during peak periods.
* Management and responsibility for all third party service providers, ensuring high levels of excellence within the agreed budget.
* To be wholly responsible for all aspects of E-Commerce development, strategy and operations, owning process and ensuring fully up to date and conversant with all aspects of business management and progress.

The right candidate must have:
* Extensive senior level experience in e-commerce, preferably within retail,
* Experience in managing a multi channel function,
* Experience in managing a large team,
* Willingness to be adaptable and perform various duties.
Training on our systems will be given in house.
