We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Planner for ongoing contract work on behalf of our client based in Coventry.
This role will involve coordinating field engineers, allocating their work and escalating issues as agreed by SLA's.
**Please note, this position will involve working 12 hour shifts on rotation (4 days on, 4 off) (including days, nights and weekends on rotation)**
As Dispatch Planner your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for all fault related issues
- Manage engineer's work
- Maintain constant telephone support
- Monitor all work and investigate all issues
- Coordinate engineer site access
- Provide timely and accurate reporting
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a similar environment, this would ideally suit someone with excellent communication skills, who can follow procedures, is good at problem solving and can work to strict SLA's.
