Our client is an Apple premium reseller that showcases the full Apple product line in a customer-friendly environment, they provide outstanding customer value and service. Whether you're upgrading your iPod, buying some cool accessories or fed up with your old PC and want to test-drive the award-winning Macintosh computer, our client will provide you with everything you need. They are looking to recruit an Assistant Store Manager to operate an efficient and successful retail outlet.

Responsibilities will include:

Drive sales
Maintain Stock levels and order supplies.
Provide excellence in customer service
Maintain 2 way communication between staff and senior management
Budget control
Be a good representative of the company
Take control of all management duties in the absence of the Store Manager


Suitable candidates must possess:

Have previous retail management experience within an electrical retail outlet.
Knowledge of Apple products.
Able to lead a team.
Passionate about MAC computers.
Excellent customer service experience
Available for ideally an immediate start
Able to work weekends, Manager is required to work Saturdays.
Flexibility to work late nights during holiday periods ie Christmas late night shopping.

Hours of work are Mon - Sat 09.00hrs till 17.30hrs and Sun - 10.30hrs till 16.30hrs.
28 days holiday inclusive of statutory bank holidays.
