Part Time Office Administrator in 18 Hours per week. The hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 4:30pm, with the opportunity to take on more hours during busy periods and to cover staff holidays.
A part time vacancy has arisen for a confident, self motivated person to work in our small busy office to help with all administration duties including answering the telephone, responding to queries via email, taking bookings and processing payments.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a sales driven administrative environment, and must be able to prioritise workloads effectively. You should also be organised and have the confidence and ability to use own initiative and be able to work well as part of a small team. You must have an excellent telephone manner, you must possess great attention to detail, have excellent interpersonal relationship skills and be able to multi-task. Ability to learn quickly will also be a valuable quality. Knowledge of Sage accounting system and also Facebook and Twitter would also be an advantage, however full training on products and systems will be provided.
Due to location, applicants must have use of a car.
