RECEPTION OPPORTUNITIES DURING THE OLYMPICS!
ARE YOU LOCATED WITHIN EASY TRAVELLING DISTANCE TO THE CITY AND CENTRAL LONDON ?
My client, who have various sites around the city will be looking for reliable, and experienced Receptionists to cover both day and evening shifts in a Front of House role
Main responsibilities will include:
* Taking all incoming calls via the switchboard and transferring accordingly
* Meeting and greeting clients visiting the office
* Booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
The successful candidate will have experience of working as a Receptionist in a corporate environment; have easy access to travel around London during the Olympics and excellent communication skills.
These will be is a temporary position and any candidates applying should be available to start this role immediately.
