My client is a high end, women's fashion brand who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic CRM Analyst to join their growing marketing team.
Reporting in to the Marketing Director, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of this well established brand, who strives to encourage and motivate their team members through fantastic leadership and passion.
The CRM Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the business has a clear understanding of customer behaviour. Working with the marketing team you will be leading campaign selections, generating customer insight, reporting and helping to drive the business strategy.
You will need:
* Experience as a CRM Analyst at a retail/fashion brand
* Excellent communication skills
* An ability to translate statistical fact into marketing understanding
* Experience with Datamodelling tools
* Advanced excel experience
* A positive, pro-active attitude
* Passion for fashion desirable!
