Service Advisor / Service receptionist - Automotive background a MUST!

My client is looking for a new service advisor / receptionist to join their team in Leicester. They need candidates that have previous Automotive experience and ideally come from a Commercial / HGV / Truck background.

Successful candidates must have previous experience working in a similar role. Duties
* To assess customers needs and requirements
* To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of vehicle service, repair and warranty policies and product changes
* To advise on service/repair matters
* Interpreting and advising customers on warranty policy
* To ensure all work coming in and out has been authorised, in conjunction with workshop control via phone, verbal or electronic authorisation
* Insure that all relevant paperwork is completed in the job pack prior to hand over to work shop control.
