Edustaff supply a number of our client schools with Trained Graduates in Teaching Assistant Roles and a number of our client schools have entrusted us with finding next years crop of potential GTP candidates.

To be short-listed you will be a high calibre graduate of a Top University in a core subject and also be able to demonstrate a massive desire to become and excellent Teacher.

Experience in a tutorship or school role is desirable, but the key to be chosen for this role is a love and passion for the subject in hand.

These client schools vary from large new build projects to traditionally quaint community schools, Independent Schools and High Achieving State Schools.
