The Company
Our client is a market leading privately owned technology / service business with an impressive client-base across both the public and private sectors within the homecare industry. Due to a another successful year, our client is about to enter a new growth phase and will be operating overseas as well as integrating new business offerings and will be increasing their headcount to deliver this growth and as a result are now recruiting for a Qualified Accountant based in the West Midlands.

The Role
The purpose and remit of the Qualified Accountant:-
* Specifically to support the finance team to add shareholder value
* Assisting the Finance Director to deliver the overall financial strategy and control of the business
* Ensuring processes and financial systems are improved and developed in accordance with business needs
* All legal, statutory and regulatory requirements are satisfied including those of international markets
* Support the finance department in the provision of financial and management accounts
* Hands on and flexible attitude is important as you will be an integral part of this growing friendly team
* Ethos and success of the business is based on collaborative working to ensure both individual and team goals are achieved
* Core duties - management accounting, preparation of P&L accounts, detailed analysis of P&L accounts, assisting with financial planning including budgets and forecasts, consolidation and reporting, transactional activity, treasury and investments, taxation, international work, various project and analysis work

The Candidate
The Web Content Manager experience and qualifications required:-
* ACA or ACCA or ACMA qualified
* Minimum of 1-2 years post qualification experience within a commercial environment
* Commercial, self driven and results orientated
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer facing (internal & external)
* Analytical
* Proficient IT skills
* Team-player

The Reward
In return, the Qualified Accountant will receive an excellent remuneration package including a base salary of up to 35k, benefits (healthcare, pension, bonus and 20 days holiday rising to 22 days after one year of service).
