Main Responsibilities: Providing breakfast, afternoon tea, and 3-course evening meals in accordance with our set menu
plan; cleaning all bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas daily; doing the weekly shopping and ordering of chalet supplies;
completing weekly accounts; providing resort info to our guests; ensuring that your chalet meets Skiworld and local
health and safety requirements.
Above all else, ensuring the highest levels of customer service are achieved and maintained at all times, and ensuring
that our guests have a wonderful and enjoyable week in your company.
ESSENTIAL
* Excellent Customer Service & interpersonal Skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* A flexible hands on and proactive approach
* Good self motivator
* Able to work on own initiative
* Good team player
* Previous cooking experience (formal qualifications not required)
DESIRABLE
* Previous ski season experience
* Previous hospitality experience
* Good public speaker
* Good conversational French/German
* Experience of living and working aboard
* Full clean driving licence
* Experience in budgeting and accounting, handling cash
